Misty Isle Boat Trips
Visit breath-taking Loch Coruisk in the heart of the Cuillin Hills. My Mum and Dad run these boat trips and they have been featured on ITV's "Britain's Greatest Views" BBC's "Country Tracks" and various other national TV slots both at home and abroad. I help them out during the summer as the 'crew' and, occassionaly (when Dad lets me!) the skipper!
Cuillin FM
When you're in the area you can tune in to Skye's locsl radio station, Cuillin FM (on 102.7 + 106.2 FM). You can also listen to live broadcast streams from the station at their web site. I present a Sunday afternoon program called "The SkyeGospel Hour".
The Elgol Shop
Situated at the village hall the shop offers a great selection of gifts and souvenirs as well as groceries, home baking, teas and coffees, postcards and ices. Not forgetting Hermione's beautiful hand painted floats! The shop has recently started making available a selection of freshly caught, cooked and served local shell fish.
Rose Croft Bed & Breakfast
Rose Croft Bed and Breakfast is a detached bungalow set in the middle of the small crofting and fishing community of Elgol, on the Isle of Skye, and surrounded by idyllic views of the Cuillin mountains from the Elgol Harbour and coastal path.

Beautiful meals are available in this cosy restaurant where the emphasis is on serving the freshest of local ingredients - including seafood landed in Elgol, venison and other Highland meats and game, enjoyed in front of a log fire.
